Guys it mentioned Pakistan purchased Otokar APC...
do u guys ve any picture of Otokar in PA service...it looks just
like a muhafiz APC.

no i dont think Pakistan purchased Otokar vehicle (they have several variants, for troop transport, ambulance, and other usage)

they are also based on a somewhat platform as Mohafiz (Range Rover)


but i think we have joint venture with Turkiye on armour production

Turkey is a member of NATO and has the 2nd largest Military in NATO after USA and 4th most powerful Military in NATO after USA, UK and Germany.

That is why they have all these goodies.....

Turkey is a true friend of Pakistan. I went to Turkey and I was treated very warmly by Turkish people.

I see many replies like Pakistan should buy artillery, corvettes etc. from Turkey.

Now I am not against Turkey selling stuff to Pakistan, there where we can help Pakistan we should. But in my opinion the biggest value of help is not to give fish but to teach to catch fish.

I would like to see more cooperation in R&D of both countries. R&D in Turkey has seen a dramatic rise in the last 5 years and we see a visible rise of indigenous products as result.

Both Pakistan and Turkey are not as rich as the US, our budgets are modest but if the will is there a joint R&D budget can be established with R&D offices and universities cooperating, producing knowhow and indigenous products.

Cooperation of both nations should not stay only at the surface but go deeper in creation of techno parks, knowledge centers and joint university projects. Only than we can truly share knowhow.

We should start co-development studies with Pakistan about Radars, Armours, Rotor craft, Naval Crafts and engine technologies...

SSM has recently announced that Lots of Turkish indigenous defence programs are opened cooperations for ally partners of Turkey such as Pakistan, Azerbaijan... If they agree to be a partner of Turkey at defence, They can be joined in development sections of programs such as Altay MBT, TF-2000, TIHA-A and some other defence programs of Turkey... I hope We are going to see Pakistan working togatherly in some defence programs of Turkey to develop future war monsters to meet own countries requirements...

Probbly high end Radars/ and R&D would be great , or space technology , would be nice to see , Chinese/Paksitani/Turkish flags on moon

Yes that would be nice indeeed let me close my eyese and see it happening ...

I mean the potential is there , I mean Turkey has the R&D mindset, China has the scientist+Engineers, and Pakistan has the coders, and Engineers, electrical mechanical you name it we got it.

Lets not forget Turkey also builds navy ships

EXACTLY brother, but a shame that we have some as*h*le people in government. and the worst thing is that they call those friends who order to catch fish for them, and when given some they just say 'do more'
