You guys are actually attempting and rejoicing over a storm in a tea cup. But then there's no point in arguing with you - you have been conditioned so by your syllabus and the mullah and the army.

How many neuton ur syllabus have produced since u have 1.25 billions of population.
I am wondering what indian schools teaching to hindus..they have been killing minorities detroying their places of worships. Puting 1 soilder on every 5 kashimiri.. u have producing more extrimist than anywhere in world even in very own army were involve in terrorism of samjotha express.. u need to change ur school system rather than telling others.
Having knowledge about policits doesnt make u educated u have yet to prove to be a good humanbeing.

Thats a stupid logic. Why would we hold a referendum in a state of our country. Tomorrow if some idiots in Kerala, or Karnataka or Karachi, or Lahore of Peshawar want to hold referendum, India or Pakistan are not going to oblige them. Would they?

Your rationale is fundamentally flawed in the way that Kerala, Karachi, Lahore or Peshwar are different than Kashmir. Any demand to hold referendum by external in these states falls under the term of "meddling in internal affairs". Kashmir, however, is not a part of India and it's forceful occupation by India does not change its international status of "disputed territory". Therefore, letting Kashmiris exercise their right of self-determination through plebiscite is not only a plausible demand but also morally and legally binding on India.

No its not. There is no legal provision that mandates India holding a plebiscite in Kashmir. If you have any back up to your claim of legality, please share.

This is an excellent Idea

I too think pakistani should Only talk to Kashmiri "leaders" and not to the Govt. of India. GoI too shares this sentiment. So its win win for all
