Tbh Pakistan is a growing country in terms of population and development and thus its energy sector also requires constant growth ( and by constant I mean constant bcz a few years of laziness and all hell can break lose). We may need all the projects we can get to meet the energy demands of our people. That means IP gas, tapi gas and this Qatar gas. Perhaps this way we can provide gas to some of our ignored areas while also using gas to grow the energy sector. Its a constant cycle and there will never be a point where we can say 'alright we got enough gas projects'

This deal can only last for only 2 years as PAK-IRAN Oil and Gas pipeline is much better as it would supply Oil and Gas to India and China as well from which Pakistan would be gaining an annual fee too

It needs to be investigated how much money the family or the Royal Highness Sharif himself is making in this deal.

Remember these thieves have found new way to corruption where all commission money stays outside Pakistan. So there is technically no corruption as no one in Pakistan dilapidated and moth eaten institutions can unravel.

In any case Qatari gas is very expensive and the way officials have been moved around and deal done secretively without bringing it to the parliament raises a lot of questions and the stink of corruption cant be missed except of course by NooniToons.
