But Pakistan has taken the pledge to set an Earth hour world Record by Switiching "Everything" off for 23 hours in whole country

yes in my village... they celebrate 7earth hours in every 24 hours.... 7 nights first week... then 7 days second week .. then again 7 nights in third week..process continues....

in cities we celebrate earth hours at any time each day .. when ever electricity board wants.. no fixed time ...
