1st of all Russian can sell whatever they want to Pakistan regardless of their friendship and business partnership with Indian. 2nd, Pakistan is not in need of SU-30, it's operational cost is twice compare to F-16 block 50+ which Pakistan can't afford at this time. Pakistan need to concentrate on Jf-17 block 2 and redesign more stealthily block 3 with will incorporate the technology of J-10b.

Russians are not going to lose the contract, and India will continue working with Russian regardless of what Russian sell to Pakistan or Pakistan-Russian relationship.

Afghanistan situation is such that Russian, Pakistan and Indian need each other to stabilize the whole region. stable Afghanistan and stable Pakistan is better for India.

This forum has become a "Rumors Mill".

Do you remember the French refusal to sell AVIONICS for JF17

That was around One Billion dollars deal

Because of a 20 billion Carrot called RAFALE

Now can we do that again

Russian have been asking us to buy BMP 3 and dump the FICV

Maybe we will have to go for T 95 which will be unveiled next year
and dump our own FMBT

Its usa man,,,they will start another line if india places an order of 150-200 which will be largest after usa itself.
Plus we were gonna produce fgfa post 2020 anyways as rafale will be signed next year.

Point is pakistan just does not have money.I will be blunt here,,it has just 1/5-1/6 of what india has.
And if pakistan buys from russia then they will have 0 money for fc-31 in future.Not to mention china will be pissed too as it will cut their orders.
