Just looked it up. Pakistan does not even export half as much as the top exporter (Thailand)

The original post says "KARACHI: Pakistan is expected to lead increases in global rice exports in 2010." meaning while other country's rice export were not expected to rise the major rise for 2010 would come from Pakistan not that Pakistan will be biggest exporter.
