Sue where in international courts??? What if Pakistan defies the judgement of court(Assuming that Iran wins the case which is also debatable actually).

In this case Iranians will file that suit in pakistani or international court .And if Pakistan defies the judgement then other countries will refuse to sign more business deals with pakistan.
