The US and the USSR/Russia are the only countries that have passed and obeyed specific disarmament treaties. France, UK, and China have reduced their stockpiles mainly because of reduced threat perceptions and increased technological accuracy to avoid the use of nukes.

Why China before the UK and France? She has the smallest arsenal of the N5.

Chinese are very confidential as far as their nuclear arsenal goes or about anything military. What sources suggest that she has the smallest arsenal compare to the other N5. Even smaller than France?

I doubt that very much. The nukes are under civilian storage and security away from the delivery platforms, ie under Central Military Commission control. The delivery platforms are under the 2nd Artillery Force control. All their nuclear exercises have been of a retaliatory nature, ie finding and cleaning surviving platforms, mating them with nukes before launching a counter-strike.

However, the last exercise that I know of was 6 years ago. About the same time, we've noticed a big shift towards the conventional role by the 2AF and today we know why. The 2AF is so p!ssed off that the CMC is butt tight about the nukes that the CMC will not even release exercise codes during training that they moved to the conventional strike role. The Chinese pioneered the BM salvo (ie, multiple rockets launched at a single target). The military is not going to allow the civies to tell them how to use their rockets.

What sources suggest that she has the smallest arsenal compare to the other N5. Even smaller than France?

Then you have not understood the publications. The supporting evidence is also provided. In the case of China, the number of missile brigades and exercises and available nuclear devilery aircrafts supports the Chinese claim.

Why should we Disarm... After what our people, our scientists, and our whole Country went through.

We went through a lot of (literally) crap just to get as far as we did. Like Heck, if the World Powers want to Disarm the World, they should Disarm themselves first as make an example of themselves.

I wonder who are they trying to impress? UN? Like its a complete waste of time....
Besides that even, if we do disarm, who else will? Russia and China won't even care.

They are the only nuclear weapons states who have documented proof that they are disarming as required by the NPT. May not be as fast as everybody likes (including those who would love to use nukes on either one) but they are obeying the letter of the NPT.
