Few words on CFR Report

Report needed to be studied I detail, because such claims can be disastrous for Pak FP narratives, once it is read in detail then a proper response can be formulated.

Key feature that should be in focus
1. method of gather information, is it subjective, objective and has it been fairly been applied to all other states in the region?
2. Basis for arsenal growth. as no country discloses its Nuke Numbers and its production rates, so again a detail analysis of mechanism is needed which has been used for growth prediction. again has it been fairly applied?
3. having established behind any doubt that both methods discussed above were correct and fairly been applied, what are objectives of this build up, is it a rational or hyper maniac reaction.
