Pakistan to grant consular access to Indian spy Kulbhushan on Friday: FO

Its a right every country has.

Not really. Pakistan can walk out of Optional Protocol of ICJ thus rendering this judgement unenforceable at any forum. Nawaz signed the Optional Protocol to give India the opportunity to get the monkey back - that was the only chance of any access to him and the traitor provided it in 2016, one year after the arrest.

But we are not going to do that over this monkey. Or maybe we will.

World loves Monkey Dance so we will show the world the dancing and singing of this monkey the more you talk of access.

Kindly don't consume all your arguments on this thread; because many many threads would be opened in future on this issue, as this "Tamaasha" of the consular access, and certain other related matters, would keep on cropping up, in coming days.:p::p::p:

Well your lawyer tried a lot to stop the access... didn't work. The bravado happens only on PDF for you guys. Oh did you say we can walk out if we want? Lol.. show me..

Yes we can cancel the Optional Protocol thus rendering ICJ zero authority over this and any future access to new spies. It will revert to pre 2016 status between India and Pakistan where it will be bilateral only with no recourse to ICJ.

But you seem to be clueless on legal matters so can't expect you to understand that one bit!

Problem is that Indoos are like termites ... One expert after another arrives with the same lies and then they run off looking for new argument or a new termite to arrive spewing same lies.

I only meant that save your ammunition; because this "Tamaasha" is not going to come to an end, very soon.

It's alright .. it's fun deflating these termites ..

India's major goal was to get counseler acces.
We are delaying this case too much.
We need to hang him.
Or do something cuz next step India will use some other shenanigan to get their monkey released.

lets teach you basics... when we ask and you don't give but are forced to give when dragged to ICJ its called snatching...not begging. Its a right every country has.

Nah, when you claim to be a Regional/ Super Power you don't negotiate with "Weaker" states. Rather you snatch it away. Doesn't matter how you want to twist the fact but the truth is known by all.
