The 3 countries could help us perhaps with 10-15 % of Energy Needs will help bring cost of electricity down , until local infrastructure catches up

Being Senior member of PDF it seems you have very litter knowledge of Afghanistan. Nato ended its combat mission in Afghanistan in December 2014, leaving a 13,000 strong residual force including 9,800 US used for training and counter-terrorism operations, for security and protecting its international border the task has been already giving to ANA. Post attack on twins tower in NY, the presence of NATO security personal was 1,40,000. So for your kind information NATO forces have stationed in Afghanistan as their strategic base & to counter CHINA & RUSSIA in future in crisis of hostile situation.

They have been saying that NATO is leaving for the last one decade now but they fail to realize that there will always be a NATO and US footprint and a stronger AF state and security forces to take on any force that threatens Afghan state.

Look how the situation is now, we are basically winning in a strategic science, the bulk of the NATO forces is gone but still has a smaller but robuts presence and the reason for smaller presence is because ANSF is becoming upto the task.
There will be times we will only have a couple thousand NATO and US forces permanently stationed across Afghanistan and the ANSF will be enough to destroy any proxy forces like the lesson they have given to the Talis in the Burka offensive this year

The status quo is a strategic win for us.

India ? What has got India to do with CASA project? We are not Indian puppets, India is a our partner and ally and we make decision which are in our interests.

I know Pakistan has issues with India and India has issues with Pakistan but keep that between yourselves.
