But Graphician, I posted this picture for some members here, especially from Karachi who I won't name, and have said on repeated occasions asking for liberation of Karachi away from rest of Pakistan. The Irony part is, that the person who is most in favor of this doesn't even live in Pakistan and is enjoying a elite class life in Canada.

And the concept of Punjabis ruling everything, and having Pakistan in their hands, Pathans being dumb and stupid, is getting out of control. I do accept what you said too, and that is what the majority is like. But even the minority must be corrected, a dirty fish spoils the whole lake.

(PS. I am not a Hassan Nisar fan, but rarely I agree with him. This video, I totally agree with Abrar and partially with Hassan Nisar).

Very Sad & painful. Many people start calling other people traitors even for small issues & that also create distances.

Must get out of this stupid feudalism, sardari nizaam, jaagirdarana nizaam, wadera system. Together we have to make a strong & peaceful Pakistan. Education & especially education for womens is much necessity of today. Some times i wish if any man like Edhi stand up & build free schools all over Pakistan by donations of Pakistanis. Just like his Edhi organization is working this idea can also work, if we wait for govt than we will only wait & wait nothing gonna happen.

Before I comment your post, I want to share few observations about Hassan Nisar. He is somebody full of energy but every bit of that energy is negative. If you ask him solution then he is as empty as anybody in power may be. Having got control over language is one thing and having control over human problems is another and having desire to make corrections is third. What is use of somebody like Hassan Nisar when he is not able to help 1 countryman with these harsh speeches?

What Hassan Nisar indicates is certainly TRUE but he is talking about lack of governance from beginning till the end. Here in Melbourne, you cannot sell 1 product which is 1 hour above its expiry date or look at traffic system in which you cannot break a road signal once in 1 year or your license gets cancelled.. how would you interpret that? Are Australians a Nation and probably the best one? Hell no this is not the gage to check potential and strength of a Nation. Problems which H.Nissar is mentioning are problems - for sure - but you got to look at them as problem of a Nation and not the defiantion of a nation. What if Imran Khan comes in and imposes strict road and quality check rules by punishing few thousand and making them a lesson for the rest? Things will improve probebly in months time. What would that mean?? Have we become a Nation in one month??

Here I would look towards Pakistan through the eyes of Iqbal which is the best description of who we are "Zara nam ho to ye matti bari zahkhaiz hai saqi". I know Pakistan as a state and country is in trouble but we are a Nation worth these challenges and we are not only facing them, we are living, surviving and only willing more to come out being stronger out of this mess. I see problems, probably thousands of them but I see potential, strength and reseliance AS WELL and when I weigh them I find Nation is winning against problems and this is where my hope lies.

There was a huge MQM strike in Hyderabad today, & all the shops/stores in Latifabad & other parts of the city were closed, there were no cars or other modes of transport on the roads. Likewise, whenever there is a JSQM strike, the same thing happens.

What I have seen from this is the frustration in the common man (the huge majority of the country), whether that is an Urdu speaker, a Sindhi, Pakhtun, or anyone else. Frustration that they can't get to work, that they can't send their children to school, that they are stuck in their homes. Everyone agrees these political parties are playing dirty games against each other, they are holding the 99.99% of the people there hostage, & they do not even hesitate in killing people of their own ethnicity during these "protests". They know these parties do not represent anyone, or fight for justice; they only do these things to hold people hostage to their mafia like tactics.

The biggest problem right now is that with this democratic system, the dirty elements of Pakistan have entered into Pakistani politics, empowering the corrupt institutions who use gang-like activities to hold the rest of the country hostage. It is surprising how much power these gangs & criminals are getting from this "democratic system", that they are able to openly operate inside big cities, & hold the people of this country hostage without any consequences for their actions. All hail this wonderful "democratic system", & this wonderful "civil society" & judiciary.

Today, I had a very candid talk with my Sindhi colleagues, & we agreed that these parties are not fighting for justice for their ethnic groups, but are caught up in their power struggle. My Sindhi friends cursed Zardari & the current PPP leadership, & said a dictator like Musharraf was much better than the current regime.
