As per WB,IMF last year Pak growth rate was 4.2%/4.3%..
So a increase of just 0.8% is understandable.

last weak or a weak earlier than that i had seen a program on this published growth rate.Bilal asif who is a neutral guy said We do expect the Growth rate of 2nd quarter to be higher than the already achieved 5.1%.

Though you can also wait a couple of more months so that the 2nd quarter growth rate are relased in late january or early feb.
