Pakistan successfully test-fires Land based anti-ship missile

.
When you fire a missile on a Navy ship. The ship will deploy counter measures and those counter measures consist of radar decoys and interceptors etc... so if the missile image is not displayed that means the missile is RADAR stealth or counter measures avoiding so lets wait for the Image but if it is not displayed then this is a serious development.

.
Future is stealth sea skimmers subsonic missiles

A press release from the Navy said that the trial was conducted from the coastal region and the missile secured a hit on a target placed at sea.

The missile is equipped with advanced technology and avionics, which enable engagement of targets at sea with a high degree of accuracy.

The event was witnessed by Vice Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Khan Hasham Bin Saddique and senior officers of Pakistan Navy.

Admiral Saddique commended the successful accomplishment of the objectives of the trial and lauded the hard work and efforts of all those who were involved, specifically appreciating the crew of the missile unit.

Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah in his message said that the weapon system has added a new dimension to the operational reach of Pakistan Navy, allowing it to bolster seaward defences by giving the Navy the capability to launch long-range, anti-ship missiles from land.

On January 24, Pakistan test-fired 2,200-kilometer range indigenously-developed surface to surface nuclear-capable missile Ababeel. The missile is capable of delivering multiple warheads, using Multiple Independent Re-entry Vehicle (MIRV) technology.

The Ababeel test flight was aimed at validating various design and technical parameters of the weapon system.

During the same month, submarine-launched cruise missile Babur-III was successfully test-fired. Babur weapons system incorporates advanced aerodynamics and avionics that can strike targets both at land and sea with high accuracy at a range of 700kms.

Babur-III is a low flying, terrain hugging missile, which carries certain stealth features and is capable of carrying various types of warheads.

Another milestone achieved... Congratulation to the scientist for making Pakistan more safe :pakistan:

Why everything has to be on news channels.
Can the government keep anything secret?

what will govt gain by hiding test of an antiship missile? Is it something out of world which no one posess?

Pakistan Navy should now consider itself a nuclear capable navy should invest in bigger ships which can carry tactical nuclear missiles so we can deny India our sea borders and also keep Indian Navy guessing bigger ships are the order of battle with different types of weapons
