Agreed, China has made great progress in 20 odd years but their biggest achievement is reducing poverty. 800M out of poverty in 20+ years is nothing short of a miracle.

Anything beyond a minimum nuclear deterrence is a waste of money. Have the 5000+ nukes helped Russia in any way ? And Germany and Japan are doing just fine without them.

Pakistan has only 5-6 major cities, china is little big...

So as per the calculations, equipped to major platforms... Approx 150 is more than enough..
