actually these Pakistani refugees in Sri Lanka are from the time when every corrupt criminal ran to Sri Lanka once they realized they might get caught....so, these Pakistanis are not going to Sri Lanka for their quality of Life, most of these Pakistanis have stolen more money than the richest Sri Lankan. This is why Sri Lankan govt was asked to remove Visa on Arrival facility for Pakistanis.
