As we celebrate Nuclear Missiles which is obvious visible to spy satellites, I think we need to move next phase invisible under deep sea, Pakistan should be able to test not just few torpedos but 16+ Nuclear Missiles we need to invest heavily in order to use effective detterances in silent hunter submarines. We can specify requirements with China submarines jointly. Threat who? Not India, Taliban, neighbors but we must prepare West's challenges....
