Pakistan ships on goodwill visit

PAKISTAN Navy ships PNS Khaibar, PNS Muhafiz and PNS Munsif will pay a five-day goodwill visit to Bahrain from Monday.
Friendly port calls are exchanged to strengthen the bonds of friendship and co-operation between the Royal Bahrain Naval Force and Pakistan Navy, said an embassy spokesman.
"Such goodwill visits have remained an integral part of the very cordial and brotherly relations that have developed between the two countries in the last few decades."
During the visit, the commanding officers of the three vessels will pay courtesy calls on Bahrain Defence Force dignitaries.
They will also host a reception on board the Khaibar, for senior Bahrain government officials, BDF officers, members of the diplomatic community, Bahrain civil society and Pakistan community members next Tuesday.
