Pakistan sets up military base in Swat Valley

Set up more bases in swat, one isn't enough. For too long we've left 1/4 of our country alone, and now we're paying the price. These areas must be re-incorporated into Pakistan, by winning the hearts and minds of the people and by creating security, education and infrastructure so that the offer of actually being part of Pakistan is sweeter than whatever the militants can offer them.

So, Pakistan has finally decided and managed to annex this semi-autonomous / semi-independent region.

Wish Nawaz Sharif was still the Prime Minister of Pakistan back in 2002 and this would had been a job done back then. Unfortunately, at that time Pakistan had been occupied by a hopeless and a treacherous army run by thugs that caused countless unnecessary deaths in the country due to their stupid experiments and policies.

2. NS THREATENED to implement Sharia due to opposition pressure on his govt was growing. Not due to love for all things Islam.
3. What do you think NS would have done? Not listen to USA? Any and every govt would have rolled over as it wasnt a choice.4
4. NS govt has a soft spot for Sectarian outfits, well documented.
5. NS back in 1998 was the most corrupt govt.
