Pakistan says yes to electric bikes and rickshaws, no to cars

What Pakistan actually needs is to promote the concept of "mobility as a service" which means shifting away from the personally owned means of transportation to a mode of transportation provided as a service. This is the only way to solve the ever increasing traffic congestion problems which is the ultimate outcome when you promote personally owned means of transportation.
Good luck prying 70's and 125's from Pakistanis. They'll behead you at the mere mention of taking away their "gaari".

More public transport and less of the rickshaws, chinkchis and bikes. Traffic is already a dysoptian nightmare.

A question - can Pakistan produce a motorcycle - I mean every single part, by itself? I'm asking for info not criticism, I don't know enough about it. Bangladesh still hasn't achieved this yet.
Engine parts are usually imported, nobody is interested to manufacture 100% when available dirt cheap from China, local production costs more. If Pakistan wants to produce all parts, not impossible as local industries are providing parts logistics for Bedford truck all made in Pakistan even production ceased since long in UK.
