Does Russia have the money??? Russian economy has crashed. Bogus BS. It's like the news reportings of 1990s when Russia was "about to sell Sukhoi" to Pakistan. Presently, Russia needs economic relief which bankrupt Pakistan can not provide. It's the economy, stupid.
