Pakistan said Jadhav was not an ordinary prisoner and Vienna Convention does not applies to him.

Pakistan said in its reply submitted by the Foreign Office's Director Fariha Bugtithe that Indian spy entered the country with the intent of spying and carrying out subversive activities.

The reply was jointly prepared by the Attorney General, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legal team overseeing the case.

pak wont hang him to death. the nawaz govt would love to hand him over to india. the military has given him the death sentence. most likely pak will lose the case in ICJ. but setting him free will be a huge humiliation so most likely pak will keep him in prison till he dies natural death.

it is simple, he can be tried in a civil court with in-camera trials, with supporting evidence so that world can see that he got a fair trial and then hang him. This will solve all purposes,
1. India involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan. As what Pakistan claims.
2. KBY got fair trails in Pakistani military courts
3. ICJ is biased towards few nations.

Pakistan do not recognize the ICJ jurisdiction but we went to defend. Under Spy/espionage, terrorism there no application of Vienna convention, but we allowed wife/mother meeting.

and so many half heated other gunda statements, but did not prove sincerity.

useless bunch of leadership both.

Now who told you this nonsense ???? LOL :p:

Pakistan had accepted compulsory jurisdiction of the ICJ in the case of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations 1963 (VCCR) by acceding to the Optional Protocol concerning the Compulsory Settlement of Disputes 1963.

Pakistan at the ICJ

Experts wonder why ICJ jurisdiction was recognised in March

Still Pakistan can reject the ICJ ruling (if any). But again, KY is not the real issue anymore, what we really want is the ICJ ruling in favor of India and then Pakistan acting against the ruling. If that happens, it's mission accomplished for us. :p:

go and listen the hearing in ICJ.

No need. You had accepted ICJ Jurisdiction on 29 March 2017. The reason why you are sending your representatives their including an Ad-HOC Judge. How come someone appear before a court that they never recognize ???? What an Irony.:lol::lol:

we are not obliged to prove that he got fair trial or not.

and for us prove kalboshan guilty at ICJ and expose India as a terrorist country. mission accomplished.

and the reason is that we wanted to expose India there and force India to ICJ , thus giving us an opportunity to take Kashmir issue there.

Then you should go ahead with the case. Why are you avoiding it claiming that this doesn't fall under Vienna convention? Why you want to lose this golden opportunity to prove India a terrorist country?

What if the ICJ asks you to act on UN resolution about Kashmir referendum? What will you do then?

we will if we get guarantee that such referendum will happen in IOK an that too under UN supervision. but we don't trust you.
so UN should take Kashmir and hold referendum and then give it to the winner.

Referendum is going to take place under UN supervision anyway. This was ALWAYS the case. But you don't even complete the FIRST precondition for it to take place. It's YOU who has to act on the UN resolution first. Did you know this, Sir?

If you take this to ICJ along with KBJ case (as you said in your previous post), then your case will be suspended on the first date itself, at the very least.
