old story repeated often here....what is not mentioned in this report is what has been disbursed out of this $25B and what has been held back on one pretext or another....e.g. CSF funds, CIEF fund. many of these allocations were never disbursed. some MIL-equipment mentioned has still not been delivered. the F-16s, the Cobras, the additional 30 Bell 412's and so on and on and on. the much touted KL Bill which sanctioned $1.5B yearly has only disbursed maybe 30%, the rest went to the NGO's and USAID for disbursement costs.......very misleading.

They have calculated that Pakistan (not them) can absorb such losses and more to come, once again, yet again, they have miscalculated - any which way the Pakistani turns, he find himself screwed, first and foremost by those whose responsibility it was ans it is , to protect him and his property

Keep telling yourself that. We expect as much from your side and the warped mental picture you all have when it comes to Pakistan. My logic is picking up the prices after your gone, ever picked up the remains of a human body exposed to a close proximity ied attack, and then watching the loved ones walk into the morgue and aimlessly wander around helplessly in a hopeless but to identify the remains. Do they get closure, did you pay them? Who looks after their welfare and their psychosocial needs?
