No there is no confusion. Pakistan hardly focuses on type. We go for multiple types from Assault Rifles to Tanks to APC to all other weapons. We go for various types. Not like USA which for example uses only one Tank. We always have love variation.

As we know 100 for Tunisia. May be 200 for Pakistan.

Well I hope so you are right on this one

Requirements are different for:

1. Terrain.
2. Insurgency Escalation level.
3. Strategic use.

Conditions are not the same everywhere, nor is geography.

Kirpi MRAP's have very very limited difficult terrain capability. We made the best experiences with DINGO Family.

DINGO models demonstrated their outstanding performance on extremely difficult terrains and under extreme climatic conditions during operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina (SFOR), Macedonia (TFF), Kosovo (KFOR), Lebanon (UNIFIL), Chad (now MINURCAT) and last but not least in Afghanistan (ISAF). Both the ease of air transfer and the high tactical mobility of the DINGO are significant advantages for these deployments.

Different MRAPs will be used for different terrain and environments.

Most protected vehicle I've been in is a Mastiff APC based on the Cougar MRAP. But this was prone to sinking in heavy sand and suited mainly where road conditions allowed it to go.
