I saw a great interview of someone of pakwheels, he raised some good points. we are encouraging electric vehicles but barely have any EV chargers. He also made a point that if they get powered by non renewable energy then there’s no point for EV. Also, what’s the demand for EV vehicles, I think the gov should introduce incentives that encourage, and almost force people to go electric.

This is not true. When pollution from fossil fuel is from a power plant, it is centralized. It means you have an opportunity to employ carbon recapture technologies to reduce pollution. Also, the roads will be less polluted when you prefer EV over combustion engine vehicles.
