any reason for drastic drop? does govt promote small family there?

The govt has been promoting small family since decades.
Its just that now young couples focus on living style competition and feel the need to gap between kids, competition for good schools, attire, health even toys are priorities .

Pakistan GDP has nothing to do with this dropping

its all because of C sections, most of the doctors are preferring CS for their commission, they are well aware that side effects of CS are more than normal delivery. covertly/ intentionally they acting on foreign agenda.
