What if Dilshan asked "what if I don't?" and he replied about the fire? It looked like a pretty normal conversation and Dilshan didn't complain or even make a face after hearing that.

He was clearly exaggerating. According to Islam If you convert to Islam and commit a crime or sin, you will still be punished for it.

He probably meant "no matter what you did in your life (before embracing Islam)".

We don't need any fatwas from any mullah, because our Allah SWT has said in quran that;
"Invite (all) to the way of your Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for your Lord knows, best who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance"

And furthermore if a person embrace islam and becomes muslim then Allah will forgive all his/her sins related to Allahs rights but if a person has oppressed or usurped rights of other human being then Allah won't forgive him until and unless a person being oppressed itself forgives a sinner.

"Allah swt will not forgive the violation of human rights (Haqooq-ul-Ibaad) unless or until the oppressed himself forgives it ,other than these rights (Haqooq),Allah swt may ,if He pleases , forgive any sin related to violation of duties towards Allah (Haqooq-ul-Allah)" (QURAN).


And why do you guys always blame other religions, why don't you look into your own religion, in Hinduism if a person takes a bath in Ganga river then his all sins from past will be wiped out. Even if he has murdered or raped anyone.

I'm not talking of Islam per se, only the vile interpretation of the Quran by these ISIS yahoos who have twisted the religion to suit their obnoxious ends. It's all about power and pelf.

Religion is a personal matter.
Sports should be used to unite people and not to do religious bullsh8t.
