not sure about punjab i think mostly sectarian and minority religions are under threat , karachi is such a **** up ... i mean if you are urdu speaking or vice versa you can go into many locations also if minority sect or religion fck dude you feel like there is gun pointed on your head.

Yaraa Karachi is an exception & so is Balochistan which is not to say that the plight of our fellow Pakistanis over there makes our indifference any less condemnable ! My own family (Mum's side...Punjabis who settled in Karachi) have moved to Islamabad because they just couldn't take the constant 'bhattaaa' threat months after months & being scared sh*tless thinking whether such & such of their loved one would come back from such & such an area.

P.S In Punjab things are chill because the Punjabis aren't ethno-nationalists (nasal parast/qaum parast) so they don't shove their culture or language down your throat ! And thats the main reason why the Kashmiris of Punjab, the Baloch of Punjab, the Sindhis & the Urdu speakers of Punjab are pretty happy in calling themselves Punjabis.
