Kid it was not 5.8% I don't know in which world you guys live. It was less than 4% only for 2016-17. In 2015-16 Pakistan recorded a current account deficit of 1.2% way less than your 2.4%. Pakistan current account deficit only rose significantly in 2016-17 which will be balanced this year.
