no need to use tactical nukes, his absolute/old idea to disable carrier battle group, saturation attacks on AC is another way to disabled carrier battle groups
1500 km range is not ideal for antiship missiles ( then we need a satellite guide-ness ) for that range 700 to 900 km will be best for antiship missiles and remember tomahawk antiship version has range of 800 km

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan navy on Wednesday said it successfully test-fired naval cruise missile 'Harba'. "The missile is capable of hitting its target from surface to surface and ground assault," the navy said.


The indigenously-built missile was launched from PNS Himmat and it successfully hit the target, it said.


Speaking on the occasion, he said the Pakistan navy will ensure defence of the country's shores and interests.


Further details like the exaction location of launch and other features of the missile were not disclosed by the navy.
