Sir until Indians know we have full capability of unleashing hell on them from sea and that can be only done through Cruise Missiles. Because in case of war it would be their Ships like Talwar and Kolkata Class which they would bring to attack Karachi and Gawader and launch massive Brahmos Strikes on these targets and other targets. And those ships will be Game Changer and we are not getting those types of ships. When they would fire several Brahmos I am pretty sure even AAW Frigates won't be able to stop even half of Brahmos

They will be seeing "targets" unless these ships are escorted by heavy fighters and AAW capable frigates and destroyers. Thinking that adding LACM on-board frigates will help us impress anyone is wrong and thinking that we should procure things to impress anyone is stupid. Just saying.

In my opinion, LACM though important should be placed NEXT after we have inducted decent AAW capability. NOT BEFORE IT.

Meant to be used from C802 tubes sir. That is not a LACM frigate that HE is looking for but just exploring and verifying a possibility. No harm in that. For a proper land attack capable surface fleet, the first step SHOULD be to procure excellent air defense fleet. Dont you agree?

Im assuming we are testing our own systems which we will put on our ships to target indian coast and navy, hence the navy build up of ships without obvious tender for Ashw, VLS etc

I am not interested in Ship to Missile I am interested in a 1500 KM Range Babur which can fit into VLS in a ship and from that ship when it fired it can any place in India. And I want our Ships to have at least 12 VLS Indians know that they try to attack Karachi through Kolkata and Talwar Class Frigate which they would use in case of war to fire Brahmos on us we would return the favor on Mumbai and GOA and Chennai and Hyderabad

Military planners sometimes get ignored, because of peoples ego, kickbacks, or financial constraints.
We would like to see a lot of things, but........

Shorter range means, shorter than Babur's range, and not less than 100km.

Again, if that is the option then you need to buy more than a few so that a good number can carry 32 SAMs and perform AAW duties while a couple carry 12 LACM for offensive role. Still, AAW remains the priority.
