Not all ships write their motto on the bulkhead, but it's there alright.
These are selected when the ship is commissioned.

Currently, It looks Navy is not in a mood of buying Destroyers.They are focusing on Frigate and trying to maintain at least 10 frigate along with 10-12 submarines

They put US-made Harpoons previously put on an ex-Uk Type 21 onto this ex-USN FFG7. IIRC, the Harpoons that went onto the Type-21s were previously aboard PNs ex-USN Gearings.

Some Type 21s received Chinese made LY60 SAM launchers. Perhaps those could be also transferred to the FFG7

I'm not sure what Pakistan made missiles there are that could be fitted to the Perry/Alkamgir
