Currently the PN Aviation Force consists of:
Westland Lynx - anti-ship/anti-submarine/transport helicopters
Westland Sea King Mk45 - transport helicopters
Harbin Z-9EC - helicopters
Aérospatiale SA-319B Alouette III - transport/anti-ship helicopters
Lockheed P-3C Orion - maritime surveillance/anti-submarine warfare aircraft/airborne early warning (6 more to be delivered)
Fokker F27-200 Friendship - maritime surveillance aircraft
Breguet Atlantique I - maritime surveillance/anti-submarine warfare aircraft
Dassault Mirage V - anti-ship fighter aircraft (operated by the Pakistan Air Force)

what isz the effective way of pakistan navy and it air arm to defend Indian naval air arm?

currently pakistan navy has 12 odd 60s era Mirages (for naval defence) and 4 P-3 will have little impact to IN Navy. PN has a plan to induct one new fighter sqd. the question is, is it enough? and what type is it goanna be?

does PN got a dedicated naval ar arm like the indian navy if not any future plans

What is to suggest here every one knows that.Pakistan dose not have a very good fleet but same time they even dont need that.Wait for flaming.
