I know sir.. And personally I think such mahawaras are ok.. But since I myself got an infraction on using exactly the same mahawara, I just wanted to check the double standards quotient on this :)

Did India ever? Things were supposed to go side by side.

No you are absolutely mistaken, As a pre-requisite to plebiscite throughout all the UN convenes regarding kashmir, Pakistan needs to unilaterally withdraw from all the positions captured in 1947, after withdrawal under UN supervision India will still maintain a sizeble force to maintain law and order and thus then the process of plebiscite can be started. Please read the UN security councils resolutions before making such claims.

The process needs to be initiated by pakistan, and is clearly stated in the UN security councils resolutions...

1. (l) As the presence of troops of Pakistan in the territory of the
State of Jammu and Kashmir constitutes a material change in the
situation since it was represented by the Government of Pakistan
before the Security Council, the Government of Pakistan agrees to
withdraw its troops from that State.

(2) The Government of Pakistan will use its best endeavor to secure
the withdrawal from the State of Jammu and Kashmir of tribesmen and
Pakistan nationals not normally resident therein who have entered the
State for the purpose of fighting.

(3) Pending a final solution the territory evacuated by the Pakistan
troops will be administered by the local authorities under the
surveillance of the Commission.

2. (1) When the Commission shall have notified the Government of India
that the tribesmen and Pakistan nationals referred to in Part II A 2
hereof have withdrawn, thereby terminating the situation which was
represented by the Government of India to the Security Council as
having occasioned the presence of Indian forces in the State of Jammu
and Kashmir, and further, that the Pakistan forces are being withdrawn
from the State of Jammu and Kashmir, the Government of India agrees to
begin to withdraw the bulk of their forces from the State in stages to
be agreed upon with the Commission

(2) Pending the acceptance of the conditions for a final settlement of
the situation in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Government
will maintain within the lines existing at the moment of cease-fire
the minimum strength of its forces which in agreement with the
Commission are considered necessary to assist local authorities in the
observance of law and order. The Commission will have observers
stationed where it deems necessary.

Pakistan has no interest to create problems before peace talks.

well these all can not be coincidences

1999: Atal Bihari Bajpayee and Nawaz Sharif attend Lahore Summit in February; Pak Army wages Kargil war few months later (in May).

2000: Chittisinghpura massacre takes place in Anantnag district of Kashmir. 36 Sikhs were gunned down outside two gurdwaras by Pakistan-based terrorist group Let (allegedly). The incident happened during the visit of US President Bill Clinton.

2007: Samjhauta Express blasts just before Pakistan’s FM Khurshid Kasuri’s visit to India for peace talks.

2008: India calls-off peace talks with Pakistan after Mumbai 2008 terrorist attacks.

2013: Blasts outside Indian Consulate in Jalabad, (a city in Eastern Afghanistan). Terrorists backed by Pakistani spy agency ISI targeted India’s installations in Afghanistan. The attack comes close on the heels of overtures to India from Pakistan’s new government.

and add recent attacks in jammu to the list

either ur agencies are doing this deliberately or they can not control or they fail to control these groups..in any case these attacks hamper the peace talks.u can not speak some thing and act otherwise.kashmir is a big issue perhaps it'd be better by taking small steps..by creating a trust worthy environment.

What about indian terrorist who are terrorizing innocent Kashmiris since 1947?

This is great slap to dumb duffer Pakistani polititions, just compare this speech with incompetant NS speech. Why don't Pakistan refuse to talk unless 7lakh indian terrorist are out of Kashmir? Why all Pakistani policy makers are dumb & bend over for peace when infact india enjoys Pakistan in piece s.

.
Whats NS waiting for after this speech ?

Does he expect MMS to say anything different on a one-on- one ?

Refer to the paragraph above the underlined paragraph, you'll find your answer and the purpose of my post. MMS has a fair chance to attract more voters, NS on other hand has been just elected.

By the way, NS literally spoke his mind. Didn't you hear his speech in UN the other day and his comments on MMS's bitching in white house?

NS even sold Kargil war victory to india. What else do you expect him doing other than licking up to those who can potentially feed him.

In short - India was also directed to minimize the presence of its troops in Kashmir. Tell me how many of them were backed out the next day of the resolution? Both the countries were asked to act, not exclusively Pakistan. Please spare us from this violation thing.
