I get what you mean bro but eventually when that happens Pakistan should play its cards much better than this time. The Taliban has the same extreme anti-Pakistan desires as past governments, nothing has changed. Khorosani Tajiks are the only ones that don't, they can be warlords in their own territory just not against Pakistan. We can't afford constant waves of terrorism from them. India historically has always exploited Afghanistan against us, did you know they made deals to split Pakistan in half and take each side?

we dont need tajiks to be our friends but rather our political allies with common goals at least on the durrand line and country to country issue. if tajiks are not our friends, that doesn't somehow make afghan pukhtons our friends, they are even worse.

despite afghanistan being incredibly decentralised with splinter groups acting independently, nearly all them of them unaninimously agree on pakistan as an enemy, and the narrative to destroy it etc. the few groups who may be pro-pak won't survive in that environment because supporting pakitan there is like a cardinal sin.

Afghanistan has been trying to annex Balochistan and KP since WWII when it allied with the Nazis to attack Karachi.

Mujahiddeen was necessary bec we all know Pak was next to be attacked by soviets, who had already started overt military ops inside FATA.

Talibs were a failed experiment at getting a friendly govt in.

That not true. Tajiks are the most sensible group of all the Afghan population. They don’t hate Pakistan but history Pakistan supported Talibs against them which caused some friction.

Babur was from across the Amu Darya and not a Pashtun and he did not hesitate to conquer India. I do not know if Punjab supported him or not. But when he started from Kabul, he had 5000 soldiers and when he reached Panipat, he had 50,000.

Its Pakistan incompetence that they cannot find an ally other than the pashtun.

Not sure how accurate this is but majority of Afghanistan is not Pashtun but due to Pakistan support for the Taliban, the Pashtun are dominating Afghan politics. Turkey a Pakistan friend has many allies in Afghanistan, why doesn't Pakistan make good relations with all ethnic groups and find a common goal rather then supporting Taliban and then Taliban supports TTP.

Pakistan leadership as usual doesn't have the backbone to make the right decisions for the state. They're too scared that the taliban will be upset but the Taliban has the backbone to not recognise the international border and on top support the TTP and anti Pakistan movements.

In Pakistan we have millions of Tajiks and Hazaras living but we could not win their hearts, what is the problem except our leadership is busy looting. If the ethnic groups hate Pakistan, its only because we support the pashtun and taliban to oppress them, how can you win their hearts when your oppressing them. The least our leadership can do is protect them and keep their interests safe but then again they don't care about their own Pakistanis.
