1. india is set to become a major power in asia in the next comming years,
2. they have a superiority in numbers, and now technologial advantages in nearly all fronts and more money. which pakistan cannot match
3. they continusley buy weapons with ever more advanced capability such as the phalcon AWACS

pakistan has to adress its conventional imbalences with india which are always growing that is why they have no first use policy

At the end of the day india is the agressive party here, who was the first one to bring nuclear weapons in asia, it was india. As a result pakistan had to follow suite to keep the balence

I'll never deny that rogue elements exist in PA aswell as ISI but neither of these powerfull organisations can supress a nation of 160 million, mostly moderate and turn it into taliban or Iran style radical society.

No, no such revolt in the history of Pakistan but then again not a single military regime lasted more than 8 years.
They all come to an end under pressure of democratic movements.
