Pakistan military budget to be slightly decreased this year : Imran Khan

Pakistan should abandon her efforts to mend relations with India. It would be a futile exercise until or unless core dispute of Kashmir is resolved. The amount of effort, which is made often and on to normalize the relations with India, drives back to square one with just one untoward incident taking place in India. Therefore visa, trade, sports and airspace relations (and facilities) should be stopped immediately. On the contrary, Pakistan should maintain a small staff High Commission in Delhi for maintaining low level diplomatic relations.
Instead of thinking all the time about India, we should ponder, focus and concentrate to expand and develop our manufacturing and agriculture sector for the time being. At tandem, sincere efforts should be made to develop relations, particularly Business and Trade, with remaining countries (174) including Israel. At-least these relations, once developed will remain long lasting and beneficial for Pakistan.
Regarding Kashmir, we should continue to provide meaningful Moral, Political and Diplomatic support to Kashmiris at every international forum. We should follow a policy similar to China, what she is following regarding Taiwan, and West Germany viz a viz East Germany (before their unification). We have seen how the strong economy West Germany got her back East Germany, and how the poor economy of Soviet Union defragmented her, despite the military might she had.
In my view when Pakistan's economic strength matches her military strength, it will be politically stable internally, and would eventually achieve resolution of Kashmir dispute relatively in less time. Otherwise no matter what efforts we strategize, we will not be able to normalize our relations with India and disputes including Kashmir will remain unresolved.
