Its good for India if Pak spends more on Nukes, The more you spend on nukes you cut your budget on your conventional troops and machines

May be in future, India will help you to reduce your own stockpile. Like how USA is helping Russia to get rid of their nuclear stockpile.

The author is actually smart. He recycled a lot of the old material written by someone else...put in a few sentences like the strained US/Pak relationship to make it look like the article belongs in the present day. I've come across articles very similar to this one. The author is basically having a payday while working very little.
