I was thinking along the same lines. The indian dams are overflowing with water thanks to some good rain there. I reckon if india wants to start a war, it will release huge amounts of uncontrollable water first. Pakistan's civilian disaster management agencies are pathetic. It has always been the Army which has managed flood disasters, example, 2010 floods.

In such a scenario India will definitely get the upper hand. The only way to stop this is to Preemptive strike on indian dams, and use of NASR on forward deployments.
