Pakistan is making much more things but secretly because our country is much more depended on US EU aid..

the reason is simple.. aid is boing used to fund the military and peanuts go to the remaining population. This is a nation of beggars and politicians and army have done this.

It is not to say there are good educated scientists. there are but the religious indoctrination and such narrow mindedness have left your country to anals of dark ages where no scientific principle can be discussed without any context to religion being put.

To build a strong base - you need good educational system, infrastructure and a govt that has its mind out of the gutter and willing to embrace a forward looking plan and sticking with it.

Your politicians including the generals. listen to them talk. it is like peasants talkign and bickering like cockroaches. Yet this country which has such huge potential tends to put these idiots into play again and again.
