Pakistan lifts ban on international flights

My family members were suffered from their cancellation, it can not be Greece as they were coming to USA. They got other arrangements to reach here.

I admire your patience friend. Qatar airways are the only operating so far but their one way ticket is 3 times the price these days.I wouldn't recommend p.i.a after what happened.


They opened during the first week of june but got cancelled due to crying from greece.
Other airlines are completely shutdown atleast they are making some sort of an effort.

I agree re pia...the worst airline. Zero service. Pensioners providing service and no entertainment on the aircraft. Safety ugh.
I have a return ticket with emirates. Let's see what happens.

Banning inbound flights makes sense but why on earth would you ban outbound flights?
So many people were stranded and helpless because of this stupid decision.

UAE also banned all normal flights.....meaning no Emirates or Etihad outbound connections. Only Qatar tried to remain somewhat functional. PIA also arranged many outbound special flights to many countries. There was so much disruption to international flights that connections were tough (especially for USA bound passengers).

PIA waited to long to arrange direct flights to USA. Emirates and Etihad are starting flights between Pakistan and USA. They will take most traffic away from PIA IMO.

Not the caliber of Emirates, Etihad, or Qatar but I wouldn't say its the worse. I'm sure there are worse airlines than PIA.

Here's the thing brother. I had a return ticket too which got cancelled 3 times.
I bought a new ticket triple the price it got cancel once only but the 2nd time i made it.
If you are in a hurry i suggest you buy a new ticket from a travel agent which might be expensive or you can wait it out until things get back to normal.
