It might be from army not from NAVY, so army will issue a waring over land and at the sea not navy

So just a rumors, you don't have any confirmation from official sources, so it would least chance that we will have a test

exactly I also checked the website but find no notice which is necessary for test over the sea neither there is any relevant NOTAM on CAA website.
