Stupid comment.

We should invest in Pakistan heavily - this is true. Both nations would benefit immensely. However, no investment should be done in the context of CPEC; no Turkish money should be spent to strengthen China, not even indirectly.

Having said that, it's our duty to support Pakistan. I love them. The Turkish government has to support them. Trade is very relevant for both nations. Why not give Pakistan a bigger market share in Turkey? The currently negotiated FTA could be used to provide Pakistan a better access to the Turkish market.

Pakistan deserves it. They are more than just an ally.
Turkish companies’ investments in Pakistan currently stand at US$ 900 million and it is growing day by day due to healthy profit shares.
on the other hand Textile, agro products and mining are the sectors where turkish investors can harvest good profit because pakistan has a free trade agreement with China which mean they are directly going to deal with about 20% world population with almost no restrictions...

Turkish contractors have undertaken 8,693 projects in 107 countries with a total value of US$ 322.6 billion. At present 42 Turkish companies are included among the ‘Top 250 International Contractors List’ with an annual turnover of US$ 19.3 billion. With this figure Turkey ranked second in the world after the People’s Republic of China.
On the other hand Turkey is among the world’s top 12 producers of building materials such as cement, glass, steel and ceramic tiles and many other construction related materials, pakistan and turkey also have a free trade agreement which mean any involvement in CPEC can boost not only pakistani but turkish own industries as well, because engagement of their civil manpower and a slight investment can provide them a ground to import their own machinery, materials and related items, so eventually they will earn healthy profits on a long term basis.

Normally when people discuss paksitan they discuss the condition of its government. majority simply ignore that pakistan has a huge population and even if its 15% population has a high purchasing power it still makes about 31 million people which is more than many European countries, those who are in lahore, karachi or islamabad they can easily understand that how properties and housing is expensive in paksitan even in same money a person could buy a home in Dubai... yet people are investing in housing sector that majority projects of well established groups got sold out in their launching days and later people sell them with huge profits ... it shows the potential of housing sector and if our population keep growing like that, this demand will increase, that is why i feel Prime minister housing project will be a game changer because it will boost many sectors and turkey can get its share

So now that financial situation isnt good pak is inviting anyone so that the burden of payments to china can be shared. What economical benefits will turkey get from CPEC?

You Indian(stupid) Pakistan is inviting countries to invest and gain benefit from it , you think its a one way street ? you really China or KSA are not going to benefit from CPEC ? Turkey will bring not just investments but expertise ..and hopefully Pakistan can be a bridge between Turkey and China to improve their ties .

.
So what are those returns? Not every investment gives returns, what’s in it for the Turks?

Are you stupid to think KSA and China invest in Pakistan out of brotherly love?

I imagine for Turks then return would be 0 with Pakistan. Especially considering Pak would sell out Turkey to KSA and China anytime.
What kind of a comment is that?
When ever did Pakistan sell us out and in what way or how could they sell us out in this case(economic investment)?

Do explain,i want to know.

What are the economical benefits for Turkey?
There can be many, all economic if thats what you meant.
You can find out if you check the CPEC project(thread on the forum or google).

Investments are not always profitable, why should Turkey invest in something that only benefits Pakistan and China directly?
Really?
Take a look at the map,the biggest advantage would be transport costs for goods from China and when the Türkiye-Iran-Pakistan ''Gül'' train is operational, this will be more cost effective.
One of the many economic benefits of CPEC.

Pakistan deserves it. They are more than just an ally.

First of all use dignified language, or is it the language of ur qom?
now what expertise are u talking about? Chinese have good expertise in making almost everything, they have some of the biggest infra companies. And capital? Did china invite them? Originally they were against KSA joining, they dont need any assistance in any financing.
Alright i'd hypothetically assume that they are being invited because it will be economically beneficial for them. the question is, why now? CPEC has been going on for many years now. Why invite other countries now when the repayments to china are to be started in a few months? Why invite now that Pak went to IMF for a bailout, goes to china for a bailout and goes to KSA for a bailout and finally refuses to IMF?
Thats a tough question you dont want to be asked.

What expertise turkey will bring to CPEC where china is doing everything ?

. . .
Pakistan has invited Turkey to join the multi-billion-dollar China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, which would benefit both countries,

How turkey will benefits from CPEC ? Join to CPEC means what investing in power generation project? Or construction of road and bridges. Aren't China already invested or gave loan to all of power road bridge and port development then where is the chances turkey have in Joining CPEC.

To my understanding Turkey can invest in different business or manufacturing Industry in SEZ developed in CPEC zone.

Its more about the only language your kind understand ..

China isn't doing everything .. we just have invited Turkey lets see how and when they will become part of CPEC.

No other answer?
Guess i asked the right questions then.
Think upon it.

You are trolling, and let me tell you a secret people like you don't last long here .

. .
Isnt that a part of CPEC?

Yes that's parts of CPEC project but the proposal seems Pakistan asking Turkey to join CPEC to develop different cpec project which is already running by China rather then investe in different SEZ around CPEC.
