I wonder why Asia Internet stats dont update their info regarding Pakistan when they conveniently exaggerate their data for Bangladesh and India

as per PTA live count Pakistan has now more then 70 million internet users with 33% penetration.

but this site using old data for Pakistan and calling in March 2019 data with 44 million Internet users with only 21% penetration.
