Pakistan (represented by a myraid of regular troops assisted by Tribal forces from FATA) came into Kashmir which was looking to cede to India(against the wishes of the Kashmiri people). In effect doing NO different what the Indian Army did in Hyderabad state and what it did in Jungardh.

what was the condition placed during Independence ??? wasnt it was like area should be muslim majority and the ruler should be ready to be part of Pakistan and also area should be attached with Pakistan???

With the only difference being Hyderabad's razakars started killing the locals em masse' which prompted Sardar Patel to order operation polo. Same was done in kashmir as well....pak army in guise of tribals attacked kashmir. Razakars in hyderabad attacking telanganites. Cant blame the Indian army here.
