It could be 200, maybe more maybe less.

But because of the production of miniaturized plutonium based warhead for Nasr and Babur missiles, I would say the number is higher then one would expect.

We'll never know if Pakistan does or does not have thermonuclear weapons. Pakistan as a policy has decided it will not conduct nuclear tests as long as India does the same. So unless India conducts a thermonuclear test, don't expect Pakistan to do the same.
