Just say we don't have got any planes available to take our delegation to Qatar for peace talks and don't attend any more talks. Biden will be on the phone in next 10 minutes and offering Airforce 1 for the journey.. If Khalidzad want to come to Pakistan tell him he needs to take the Covid test at the airport and test him positive and send him back from the airport. Then you will see how quickly Biden will find the right time to ring.
You need to play the same game like they are playing and Putin said the same thing in his interview. They wanted Russian help on many issues and they have put more stringent sanctions then Iran on Russia.

Regardless of how one interpret and come to own conclusion, fact remains, that there is a big chunk of Pakistani establishment still looking towards America, despite that country doing all in its power to destabilise Pakistan, even using terrorism as tool against citizens of Pakistan. For god sake, get over the yanks once and for all, stop wasting time, focus on regional partners, trade and connectivity.
