Technically we have defaulted as the remaining reserves are only those borrowed to us by UAE, KSA, China….

In reality though we have still not defaulted officially as these reserves are keeping us afloat for now. Just a tactic by PDM to scare people then later claim that they saved Pakistan from the abyss…

Technically it is not a default till someone is not paid. At present, the only victims are foreign vendors. Since they are small and distributed, it is not showing up on the radar. Once a big guy like Paris Club or China gets stiffed (or the bonds don't get paid), it will be official.
