There is a one post by some Pakistani that says however well Pakistani armed forces and intelligence agencies work, there are enough corrupt generals and politicians who would give up all the gains for some bribe. This bribe factor has always turned the tide in India's favour every time in every wars.
For instance, in 1999, Nawaz Sharif accepted bribe to withdraw from Kargil. In 1971, Niazi accepted bribe to surrender.
For all your boasts of being 10 steps ahead, how do you plan to work around this problem of corruption? Obviously you have no answer. That's why Kashmir is still with us after 70 years.
