I searched a lot but what I found was from 2010 data which is quite old so i was wondering if there's anyone who can tell me what is the total strength of:-

Pakistan Army Active Force:- 5,50,000 (2010 data)
Pakistan Army Reserve Force:- 5,00,000 (2010 data)

Paramilitary forces of Pakistan:-
Pakistan National Guard:- 185,000 (2010 data)
Pakistan Rangers:- 100,000 (2010)
Frontier Corps:- 80,000 (2010)
Gilgit Baltistan Scouts:- 2,481 (2010)
Frontier Constabulary:- 30,000 (2010)
Airport Security Force:- 8,930 (2010)
Pakistan Coast Guard:- 7,000 (2010)
Maritime Security Agency:- 2,500 (2010)
Anti Terrorist Elite Force:- Classified

Total = 1,465,911 (2010 data)

Can anyone correct me with latest data?

Budget sucks otherwise Para Military needs to be massively reequipped and also Army size needs to be increased

Manpower is an outdated definition, today's power in measured in equipment AND sophistication.
By that definition, not only are US enlistees better trained and equivalent in understanding of combat to a Pakistani NCO; they are also much much better equipped.

Being close observer of field PA forces since childhood though theoretically your comments look to be mor or less correct up to a decade ago but now even PA soldiers are at least matriculate. As many include having BA/BSC degrees and Masters. Now the professional soldier of PA is better trained and equipped more or less near to any modern force. Even Indian soldiers look not to be well equipped. The army soldiers have upgraded communications, protection and ammo. PA officers especially Engineers and Tech related personnel graduate from NUST. The medium to high level officers are getting higher qualifications from NDU.

However at macro level PA lacks hi tech equipment like Tanks, APCS, IFVs, limited number of drones and use of Satellite techs.

I guess instead of increasing the number of soldiers we should go for quality, equip them with the best arms and the most moderm systems and also raise their salaries and support facilities. To cater for numbers we should revive the national guard program to train young men in the age group of 18 - 26 for one year or so.

Those 1000+ Are those which are not upgraded to AZ standard.
We have 600 AZ and we are not going for further up gradation.

As per rest, they are given minor upgrades to make them capable enough to be used in Military operation as well as in FC.
